Thanksgiving dinner with Cafe Touba December 01 2014

At a recent family Thanksgiving dinner, we busted out the Café Touba and just about everybody--except Cousin Lori, maybe--loved it. Now Café Touba isn't your workaday stuff. It is potent in several ways: the robusta beans jack the caffeine, the djar spice is unfamiliar to the American palate. But for an after-dinner coffee--fragrant and flavorful, sure to counter the turkey's Tryptophan--it was a big hit.
